FEEDUC takes the floor

What if we stopped stigmatizing Europe? What if we all tried to see what is good, positive, healthy about it...

A quick reminder: FEEDUC is Nathalie and Clément. And our stories are those of two French people who have chosen to experience the best that Europe has to offer. We've been living this Europe on a daily basis for over 15 years.

We had to adapt, open our minds, learn to tolerate, explain our differences, respect other differences, get past all these differences...the only solution to achieve this: Talk and listen to each other.

Some people want to break these benefits that Europe offers:

  • freedom of movement
  • freedom to work
  • freedom of study
  • freedom of exchange...

Europe is originally and mainly carried by a project of peace.
Let us not forget that not so long ago, all of Europe was at war (some remember, others prefer not to remember...).

A Europe at war seems unthinkable today because the EEC and then the EU have made peace possible.

But peace is only possible by knowing each other better. We will always have differences with our neighbors. But exchanging, talking, traveling, getting out of our homes and opening up to others are the keys to understanding. Gathering around a table, expressing our disagreements is talking to each other instead of using weapons.

With FEEDUC, we are fortunate to have this European project at the heart of our business.

Nothing is better to know a country than to go and study there. And this is what we mean when we talk to you to guide you. Since you are going to study in Spain, do it well and take the opportunity to get to know the Spanish people, their culture, their way of life...
This will make you a richer and more open person.

Most of you have chosen to study in the health sciences sector in Spain.

This choice will inevitably affect your way of practicing your profession in this sector where respect for human beings will be at the center of your future professional activity (using your professional skills to care for people without distinction of sex, color, religion...).

So yes, projects that attack these values sadden and frighten us. What is our share of responsibility?

And it is up to us and to you too, students who have chosen to study abroad, to explain that our differences make our wealth because you are the first beneficiaries of this Europe of Peace and exchanges. Make sure that it lasts. Because it is a mistake to think that peace is a given.

Europe may not be perfect (far from it!), but it has also seen the birth of a wonderful program: ERASMUS. It is quite emblematic of what Europe can bring.

Europe means getting to know others, less mistrust, less instability, less hatred. FEEDUC calls on people to vote for the only candidate who proposes a better Europe, a Europe of peace, exchange and solidarity, the candidate for whom rejection of others is not an option.

Make no mistake, contrary to what some would have you believe, it is not in the rejection of the other that peace and security are built, and even less so in the peace and security of the most destitute.

See you soon!
