We remind you the essential information and documents to bring for each of the universities in Spain concerned:

UEM - Universidad Europea de Madrid :

RDV on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 09:30 am in the lobby of Building A on the Villaviciosa de Odon campus. The student will need to bring:

  • Photocopy of the document indicated on the admission file.
  • Its printed, completed and signed admission file.
  • The 3 report cards from the last year of study completed in high school (1st year for senior students, senior year for students in higher education) the original + a simple photocopy of this original.

REMINDER: The three tests (English, Spanish and psycho-technical) must be taken before this Open House. Please inform us by e-mail.


UFV - Universidad Francisco de Vitoria :

Meet on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Admissions Office on the Pozuelo campus. The student will need to bring:

  • 1 letter of motivation, in Spanish, stating why you wish to study the chosen course, why in Spain and why at UFV.
  • 2 letters of recommendation, preferably from teachers or supervisors of social and/or sports activities (if possible one of them being a Spanish teacher). These two letters can be in French.
  • Your report cards from thefirst year of high school and those from the last year of high school that you already have if you have not yet passed the baccalaureate. If you already have the baccalaureate, add your transcript and your credencial (validation of the baccalaureate) if you already have it.
  • Your identity card.
  • Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE) level B1 minimum if you have it.

REMINDER: You must have emailed us your application and a copy of your ID by Monday, February 13, 2017.


UAX - Universidad Alfonso X el Sabio :

Meeting on Friday, February 17 at 9:30 am at the "Informacion" office on the campus located in Villanueva de la Cañada. The student will need to bring with him/her:

  • Photocopy of passport (preferably) or identity card or resident card in Spain.
  • Certified copies* of transcripts from the last two years of study prior to entering the university (1st and 12th grades, for all students even those who have been in graduate school for one or more years).
  • Certified photocopy* of his/her diploma (Diploma of Spanish as a Foreign Language - DELE) attesting to his/her level of Spanish language, if he/she holds one.
  • Proof of payment of the test fee (either a receipt of transfer which must include the first name, last name and course of study chosen by the student; or a receipt of payment made to the bank located on campus in cash only on the morning of the test). The account number and the amount (125 euros or 150 euros depending on the program) will be given to you when you register online at the open house.

(* Photocopies can be certified by a Mairie in France or directly by the university secretary. In both cases, you must bring the originals of each document as well as a simple photocopy of these originals)


UEMC - Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes :

RDV on Friday, February 17, 2017 at 09:00 am at the reception desk on the campus located in Valladolid. The student will need to bring:

  • His or her identity card
