Studying in Spain: Preparing well, choosing your course

FEEDUC

Choosing to study in Spain is already choosing a profession.

There is no "pre-preparation" or PACES in Spain. Instead, you must choose the course of study that interests you: physical therapy, dentistry, medicine, pharmacy, hearing aid, business, architecture...

You are in your last year of high school and you already have to think about your future? It's hard to know if you'd rather be a physiotherapist or a pharmacist, a dentist or a researcher, work in marketing or in business... But if you decide to study in Spain, you'll have to make up your mind.

If you're still not sure about yourself, FEEDUC recommends that you contact our partner GoFutur. They are specialists in career guidance, using a professional method that will help you decide on a course of study according to your desires, abilities and personality.

But if you are not completely decided on a profession, especially in the health field, some universities in Spain offer preparatory years that will allow you to get to know the professions better and thus better orient yourself. These courses can give you direct access to the chosen course without having to take tests or attend an interview. Of course, you must have successfully completed this year in order to enter the program.

So you see, studying in Spain means choosing a course of study that will allow you to prepare yourself for your dream job from the very beginning. And if you are still undecided, you can either get advice from specialists or simply do a preparatory year in Spain that will help you mature your project and see if you are capable of achieving it!

Good thinking and see you soon!
