PRESENTATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT :

The PYRAMIDE CDMS (Concentration of Medicine for Health) health center is located in the commune of Combronde in the Puy de Dôme, with an entrance and exit at the crossroads of the A75/A71/A89 highways, in a semi-rural area 10 km from Riom, a city of 19,000 inhabitants, and 20 minutes by highway from Clermont-Ferrand, a city of 141,365 inhabitants.

Combronde has 2234 inhabitants of all social categories, all ages are represented, as far as health is concerned, the canton of Combronde includes 12 villages representing 7390 inhabitants in 2012, a figure that is constantly evolving and affects the canton of Menat, which includes 12 municipalities representing 3867 inhabitants in 2012, doctors are therefore expected by 11,300 inhabitants.

REASON FOR RECRUITMENT:
Following the retirement of 2 GPs (one of whom had 4000 patients) who have not found a successor and the future departures for the same reason of 5 GPs in neighboring communes 10 kilometers from Combronde in future years.
Indeed, in 2014 there were 3 GP practices in Combronde, that is to say 6 doctors who worked from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 am to 8:30 pm, plus two practices with a doctor 6 kms away with the same hours.
Today, we have 2 practices: 1 with a doctor who works from Monday to Friday from 10:30 to 13:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00 which will integrate the health center, and another practice with 5 doctors, 1 of whom is full time and the others half time from Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:30 and Saturday morning only 1 doctor is present in Combronde .

JOB DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITY:
To work in a health center with 3 levels, one of which is exclusively reserved for general practitioners with 4 or even 5 offices, 1 secretariat, a waiting room, 1 relaxation area equipped with a kitchenette.

You will be able to work in close collaboration with other health professionals: 1 general practitioner, 1 dentist, 1 midwife, nurses,
1 physiotherapist, 1 osteopath, 1 orthoptist, 1 dietician, 1 naturopath, psychologists, sophrologists.
Currently being recruited: speech therapist, chiropodist, occupational therapist, audioprosthesist, gynecologist.
