Automation Engineer

Albizia Technologies is a service company specialized in the high-tech industry. Present in scientific engineering, embedded computing and information systems, we intervene at all levels of the V cycle.

You will be working as anAutomation Engineer for our customers in the Aeronautics, Automotive, Transport and Energy sectors based in the Paris region. (Permanent contract within Albizia Technologies).

Responsibilities:

Your mission?

As an Automation Engineer, you will play an important role in the design and development department. You will participate in the creation of new products by drawing up computer schematics and designing the electronic circuits with their various components. You will also test a prototype and verify that it has the expected characteristics.

More specifically, you will be responsible for the organization, manufacturing and supervision of the activities of a production unit. As you will have understood, your main missions will be the design, development and fine-tuning of prototypes of electronic scientific instruments.

The expected assignments on the subject are as follows:

• Designing electronic assemblies
• To ensure the design, the realization and the piloting of the electronic cards
• Define and design the implementation of components (passive, discrete), analog, logic and programmable integrated circuits (FPGA, microprocessor, DSP...)
• Write the control software for the developed prototypes
• Write technical documents (test reports, integration reports, technical and usage notes, cost and time studies...)

Your profile?

Ideally, you have an engineering degree or equivalent training (BAC+5) and at least 2 years experience in automation.

You master :

• Analog and digital electronics
• Signal conditioning and processing
• The architecture of microprocessors, microcontrollers, programmable components
• Programming languages (C, LabVIEW)

Passionate about new technologies and development, you have good interpersonal skills, you like to work in a team and you want to participate in innovative technical projects. You have an advanced intermediate level of English (B2) to work with our English-speaking collaborators (international context).

Permanent contract
