near Grenoble (38), is recruiting for its development a KINESITHERAPIST (M/F) on permanent contract, for its Nursing Home " la Maison des Isles ".
Located in Saint Jean de Moirans (38), the home welcomes 50 adult men and women with cerebral palsy (CP) and multiple disabilities.
You will work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team (occupational therapists, physiotherapists, nurses, medical-educational teams, doctors, psychologists, social workers, etc.),
physiotherapists, nurses, medico-educational teams, doctors, psychologist, social worker...), in
families and guardians. In total, the establishment is equipped with 2.20 physiotherapist positions.
You will benefit from a recent physiotherapy room, equipped with material facilitating gestures and
postures, and specific equipment that you will use according to your practice (balneotherapy,
Snoëzelen relaxation area, etc.).
You will have access to software adapted to the follow-up of the user's unique file.
Missions:
- Provide all necessary care within your competence to the residents (respiratory physiotherapy, orthopedics...)
- To ensure, in coordination with the occupational therapists, a regular work in the field of feeding, the follow-up of swallowing disorders and the equipment
- Provide technical advice to the professionals in charge of the residents in the different living units
- Work in network with prosthetists, rehabilitation doctors ....
You will have the opportunity to participate in the personalized projects of the residents, to participate in project groups, in a multidisciplinary reflection dynamic.
You will be responsible for the follow-up of the residents and will be the privileged interlocutor of their families.
Profile sought:
- Diploma of Physiotherapist required
- All levels of experience accepted
- Dynamic, you enjoy working in a multidisciplinary team
Conditions of Employment:
- Type of contract: Permanent contract - to be filled as soon as possible
- Working hours: Full time - 35 hours per week. Or possibility of part-time work.
- Remuneration : 1 950€ gross monthly full time + seniority recovery - Kinesitherapist CCN March 1966.
