The establishment is located in Tulle, a town in southwestern France, prefecture of the Corrèze department in the Aquitaine-Limousin-Poitou Charentes region. The city, anchored in a rural area, is ideally located between the regional capital, the headquarters of the CHU (Limoges), which is 1 hour away, and the French metropolises of Clermont-Ferrand, Bordeaux and Toulouse, which are 2 hours away by car. A hospital crèche is also available for the staff of the establishment.
The MCO site of the Tulle Hospital Center is located in the heart of the city. The Hospital Center has more than 650 beds and places in MCO and EHPAD. Four mobile teams are deployed in the Correze region. The PRM, SSR and USLD, and EHPAD departments are located in the very close periphery of the city and offer a warm and green working environment (PRM: Centre de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation des 9 Pierres, SSR: le Chandou, EHPAD: les Fontaines).
The Hospital Center welcomes almost all medical specialties: cardiology and respiratory pathologies, cardiac and polyvalent intensive care, diabetology, internal and specialty medicine, geriatric medicine, polyvalent medicine, geriatric follow-up care and Hospitalisation à Domicile, SSIAD.
For surgical activities: Visceral, Orthopedic, Urology, Cancero-Gynecological, Ophthalmology, ENT and Obstetrics Gynecology, Pediatrics and Neonatology, there is a complete technical platform consisting of 4 operating rooms, a functional exploration room, an endoscopy activity and a medical imaging service with scanner and MRI complete the offer of care. It also has a medical biology laboratory with an activity of bacteriology and anapathy
The Tulle Hospital Center has an emergency department. It is the seat of the SAMU 19.
It also has a closed and open psychiatry activity with liaison psychiatry.
The Coeur de Corrèze hospital center, well anchored in its territory, has developed partnerships with health centers and other hospitals in the region, due to its attractiveness.
