search for a new owner/preneur due to the cessation of activity

I am looking for a new owner for my faithful patients for more than 30 years who will be without therapeutic solution on July 1st, 2020 if I don't find anyone; in LEZAT SUR LEZE, a few hours away from Spain and Andorra, from the Mediterranean and the Atlantic and from TOULOUSE.

Cabinet in ZRR zone (tax exemption) and in intermediate installation zone (no particular condition).

Very well maintained and almost new equipment for the Walker, electrotherapy, ultra-sound, Starvac, gym equipment in the gym, a dozen floor mats and steps for group classes, 3 cabins equipped with tables, cushions, steps, ...

I work 4 days a week; in the morning in a nursing home and in the afternoon in my office. I have very little time to visit my home but my patients are in demand. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
