MSSA, affiliated to a Japanese group and located in the French Alps, is a world leader in the manufacture of sodium metal (turnover: 73 ME, 300 people). In order to ensure the reorganization of its distribution subsidiary in the United States and the creation of a new production subsidiary in Tarragona, it is looking for a Finance Manager in charge of these two subsidiaries, reporting directly to the Group Finance Director.
A permanent presence on site is not required for the position, which is based at MSSA's headquarters and involves very regular interaction with the local partners of these two subsidiaries.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for each of the subsidiaries:
- Accounting synthesis, cost analysis, monthly reporting using MSSA's shared accounting resources (client, supplier and treasury accounting)
- Drafting of accounting procedures and implementation of an internal control system for the two subsidiaries
- Preparation of forecasting exercises (budget, re-estimated, cash forecast .....)
- The local banking relationship
- The relationship with the statutory auditors
- Administrative and fiscal relations for Spain including the preparation of tax returns
- The Group Treasurer's Pair
Profile Wanted
- Young graduate of a business school with a major in management control or corporate treasury
- Good knowledge of an Office Pack (Excel) and interest in deepening one's knowledge in ERP.
- Ideally of Spanish nationality
- Fluent in Spanish, English and French.
- Willingness to settle in France under a permanent contract.

In order to reorganize its distribution in the USA and to support the creation of a new production site in Tarragona, MSSA is looking for a Financial Manager for these two entities. The job description will be sent directly to the Financial Director of the Group.
Como la localización geográfica en el sitio no es necesaria para este puesto, está en la sede principal de MSSA pero tiene una interacción muy fuerte con socios locales de esas dos subsidiarias.
Particularizando, el Responsable Financiero tendrá estas responsabilidades:
- Síntesis contable, análisis de precios/presupuestos, informes mensuales, con el apoyo de la contabilidad de MSSA comparte un centro de servicios que incorpora cuentas por cobrar, por pagar y tesorería.

Perfil:
- Graduado reciente en la escuela de negocios o equivalente en finanzas, contabilidad y / o tesorería.
