Universidad de Córdoba (UCO)

The Universidad de Córdoba is a public institution located in the city of Cordoba in Andalusia. It offers graduate or master's level studies in humanities, social sciences, health sciences and natural sciences.

About 21,000 students attend its four campuses.

The Universidad de Córdoba consists of three large campuses. Social and legal studies are integrated in the urban center of Cordoba; Health studies, in the west of the capital, and agribusiness on the campus of Rabanales. Finally, scientific and technical studies are located in the eastern part of the city. In addition, the UCO has the Polytechnic School of Belmez, located sixty kilometers from Cordoba.

Academic facilities are located on four campuses.

• The Rabanales campus(N-IV, km 396, 14014 Córdoba), located three kilometers from the center, is the most modern of all, with many state-of-the-art facilities. In the near future, it will be equipped with a research and development center, the central library, a sports complex, and the faculties of veterinary medicine, science and two polytechnics.
• The Reina Mercedes Campus, or Health Sciences, (Av. Menendez Pidal, s/n, 14004 Córdoba) is located near the Reina Sofía University Hospital. You will study medicine and nursing. It is also home to the Faculty of Education, a private institute attached to the university.
• The Humanities and Social Sciences campus, in the heart of the city of Córdoba, is home to the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Arts.
• The campus of Belmez, (Avda. de la Universidad, s/n - 14240 Córdoba) one of the polytechnic schools about 70 kilometers from Córdoba
